The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Customizing of type of student

It would be good to be able to customize the type pf student in Procare. Sales will sell an adult day care and everything is referred to as child. It can't be changed. A drop down in settings to adjust that would also be beneficial.

I am suggesting that when reports are created in Data view that there should be access to both parent's e-mails to use in reports.

I have to create e-mail reports by classroom. Some parents are divorced. My suggestion is either to allow access to both parents in these reports or allow multiple e-mails in the child's information because that where the e-mail reports are genera...

I understand that my procare is available to make payments separate from the app but it would be much more efficient and convenient for parents to pay "within" the app. Even if there was a link to my procare from the app that would be great. Rather than having to fermenter the link to make a payment. Yes they can bookmark it but not everyone is tech saavy in that sense.

be able to enter an "as of" date for tuition express to use when determining the balance on the account

We receive 2.5 months of scholarship money at a time for a student (4 times a year). Tuition express won't pull the parent's portion because it thinks there is a credit even though as of todays date there is a balance.
