The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Include Billing Periods when Cloning a School

When an active billing period of a school is being cloned (weekly, MU or monthly),that billing period will be carried over/cloned to the newly created school.

Staff Time Round Up

Client would appreciate if Staff time rounded up like in Procare Desktop. Wants staff to be able to clock in a few minutes early, but struggling with having time pull exact minutes as she runs into issues with OT etc.

Add End Date to Rate Imports and Exports

Add an end date to the rate export and imports. That way users can add an end date when setting up rates

Custom Requirements incriments

For employee Requirements, not everything is due annually. Physicals are due every 3 years. Background checks are due every 5 years. It would be very helpful if we could customize those times when setting up the Requirements. Thank you!

Change the number format in the populated reports so that the center does not have to change it manually when using other reporting docs.

When pulling her reports for her centers, Sarah is needing to change the formatting so that she can add the numbers to other reports because our formatting does not speak to those reports.

Lock Staff Profile photos

Client asked for a way to lock the staff photos to prevent them from changing it. She will set a photo to their standards but then the staff will go and put the one they want.
