PINNED Registration - Gender
The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Connect Portal - Make Payment tile show if family has credit on their account (or somewhere on main page without having to click in anywhere)

Clean Up "Change Payment Processor Settings" under External Gateway Options

Remove outdated options from the Change Payment Processor Settings screen in External Gateway and default to TE as the option if possible

Make Payment Information Deactivate with withdrawal

We would like notification and maybe a flag on an account has an IEP, 504 plan or medications. We need to know ASAP so we can meet the needs of our students.

EDocs - alerted or notified when a family adds a document.

EDoc's - schools would like to be notified when parents upload a document via EDoc's so that they can act and proactively to take care of any items that are pending their review from parents as well as licensing requirements.

Difficulty identifying families with same name when entering payments in payment journal

Right now, if families have the same last name, there is no identifying information available on the payments journal screen except their current balance which does not always make it possible to identify the proper family who is paying.

Quick Report that allows centers to see which parents signed up for the app already

Centers don't have time to scroll through the student roster and look in each profile to see which parents have signed up for the app already. They would like to access a quick report at a glance so they know who exactly has signed up.
