PINNED Registration - Gender
The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Client request-At time of initial registration client is requiring all immunizations to be entered however due to each state having different requirements - the parents are able to just put one immunization in the field and continue with registration. They would like this updated their specific State requirements (Washington)

This new feature would save the client valuable time. They would spend less time contacting parents and having them either upload their immunizations or inputting info for parent.

Add CENTER name (column J) from the HOME>General screen to the Quick Books Export -CSV

It would allow me to upload the file without having to add the NAME. QBO will not let the upload post to the AR's account with the customer name.

Attached is the template the state would like us to use for attendance. If we could get a report developed that would meet this state requirement that would be great. Even if we have a child version and a separate staff version that would be fine with us too.

Could there be a way to transfer a family to another school without bringing over all the past billing? Also, it would be really nice if it used the same Portal ID and somehow linked the two accounts to the family. That way, if they still owed money to the old school, they can still make payments.

We currently can't use the Transfer feature because it brings over the billing.

be able to edit instead of removing entries and reposting with correct description. I was not able to edit the sibling discount, although it was adjusted before billing was run.

Allow the new Card Connect report format sent to customers to be uploaded from the Batch and Report screen

Card Connect changed the report format (changed columns around) that they normally send to customers, so it is no longer in the right format to upload from the Batch and Report screen.
