Mass/Bulk Refunds

Currently the only way to refund in the system is to go to each individual family and apply a refund. It would be nice to have an option to mass refund families.

In the payment option the amount owed shouldn't populate automatically. It should show 0 until amount entered

Example: Payment made was $120 but Amount owed $240. When entered the payment by credit card option the amount automatically showed the $240 which needed to be changed to $120.00. This step is sometime missed by other administrators.
