The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Scheduled Capacity Changes

Customer may change licensing parameters for different classrooms for lower or higher capacity and/or ratio and they want to make those changes effective in advance. They want to be able to add start and end dates for different configurations.

Email notification for Admin & Parents for Card transactions

We receive a notification if a family's tuition does not go through only if they pay through a bank account/ACH. It would be nice to have one for those using cards as well that automatically goes out to the family if their card is unsuccessful.

The app online and the desktop sync shot record entries

If I have the desktop and the app it would be great to have the shot records sync. The records are easier to enter on the desktop but it is easier to send reminders to parents on the app.

Permissions for Payment Rec tool

CDS has indicated that they would be unable to use the payment reconciliation tool as-is because they have concerns about misuse. They would like permissions associated with the tool in User Groups and Limits so that they can restrict access to it.

Exposure settings for pay codes
