The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Schedule parent Messages

Customers would like the ability to be able to create parent messages and schedule them to send at a later time, similar to scheduled newsletters. Some customers state they have had this access in the past on other platforms, not Procare.

Allow Subsidy Line Items to be edited

After receiving the subsidy payment, centers that do not wish to 'Write Off' inaccurate Subsidy Line Items need to edit the original line item. They currently cannot edit these line items in either the Family or Subsidy Ledger.

Cadence - Add 'FTE Eligible' and 'Allow' Fields to 'GET /room/list/{id}' API

Cadence would like to add the FTE Eligible field to the GET /room/list/{id} API. They will use this existing field to indicate whether the room is allowing enrollments or not on their end.

Allow MyProcare users to resume an incomplete Re-Registration session

Retain the data from a Re-Registration session if the user either voluntarily leaves the session or is disconnect. When they return to Re-Registration they can resume the session where they left off.
