The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

    There is currently not a solution for this. We do provide a work around, but it causes extra work to add credits to the ledger.

    other forms of verification

    As of right now we are only given the option to verify through text message. There should be another option like email. People may lose their phone, or it could be damage or disconnected. There needs to be another option for verification.

    Customizable Invite

    We need to make the parent invite email customizable. We have several centers that do not work with children and when they are inviting people to use the software it looks poorly on them as the email caters to children and not adults.

    Allow Subsidy Line Items to be edited

    After receiving the subsidy payment, centers that do not wish to 'Write Off' inaccurate Subsidy Line Items need to edit the original line item. They currently cannot edit these line items in either the Family or Subsidy Ledger.
